Dear spiritual seeker,

These are truly unprecedented times. Big changes are happening in people’s lives very quickly. There is much uncertainty in the world. For many this can cause stress, fear.

Fortunately on this path of Eckankar we have tools which can help one with fear and stress. One of the main tools is singing the word HU.  Singing HU, pronounced like the man’s name Hugh, has many spiritual benefits, among them a feeling of comfort and peace,  and a release of fears. It also offers us much more than this.  Sung over time, and with the guidance of our spiritual leader, we can realize our true nature which is Soul, an atom in the body of God. A benefit of this realization is a sense on freedom, spiritual freedom, and a feeling of unconditional love. This is not a state of selfish realization, but one where our greatest joy is in serving others, in being a channel to bring this unconditional love into the world.

At the present time we are holding an ECK Light and Sound Service on the first Sunday of the month at 11:00 am. It is a hybrid service so one can attend either in person or on Zoom. Please note that the city of Worcester has a mask mandate in effect so if planning to attend in person you will need to wear a mask.
